「We spent a couple days exploring the Buffalo River area and were looking for a nice hotel to base our trip out of. The lobby looks immaculate in the pictures, and the lobby was probably the best feature of the hotel. The staff wasn’t terribly helpful, the rooms were small and oddly arranged, their breakfast consisted of granola bars, there was no convenient food reasonably close, and the rooms felt dated and worn. 「The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. The breakfast had a good variety of offerings. On the downside, there was no place to hang clothes and we could hear talking next door although not what was said.」

「My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.」
