Lage u. Studio super - Kommunikation schlecht

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Lage in Friedrichshain auch wunderbar. Wir benötigen wegen erkranktem Kind einmal neue Bettwäsche für die nächste Nacht. Ich hatte im 8 Uhr morgens angerufen und auch mit einer Dame gesprochen, die versicherte, die Reinigungspersonen würden uns was geben. Es kam aber nichts. Um 14.30 Uhr rief ich erneut an und schrieb auch eine Email, weil ich niemanden erreichte. Wir bekamen keine neue Bettwäsche.

Hilfreich wäre, wenn das Check in mit PIN am Tag der Anreise schon auf der Website sichtbar wäre. Kaffee Automat und Wasserkocher sind so verbunden, dass sie unpraktisch zu bedienen sind und man sich dabei verbrennen kann. Ansonsten geht das Konzept voll auf..
