Great location, few amenities

The location and check in process were great. Three minute walk to the nearest tram station. Easy to find, quiet and safe neighborhood. Restaurants nearby. We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t find any additional. The cleaners were late and it was clear that the job was rushed - pillows did not have pillowcases, we were short on towels. The toilet is finicky with flushing. The shower drain would clog each time we took a shower, and there was a moldy piece of plastic in the shower itself. Very few amenities, not well stocked. But overall an ok stay.

Schmutz und nicht aus alten Bewertungen gelernt

Ich hatte die Unterkunft kurzfristig gebucht und wusste dass ältere Bewertungen nicht gut waren. Trotzdem hatte ich gehofft, dass die Vermietenden mittlerweile nachgebessert haben, aber nein. Viel Positives kann ich nicht berichten. Angenehm war der Kaffeevollautomat, womit ich aber schon die felgende Mängelliste beginnen muss. - Kaffeevollautomat bei Einzug nicht gereinigt (Kaffeesatz) - Belüftung im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht. - Einrichtung und Deko entsprechen nur ungefähr den Bildern. Tatsächlich war die Wohnung recht schmucklos. - Türen klemmen und quietschen - Küche schlecht beleuchtet - Wohnzimmerbeleuchtung zu hell, Stehlampe ohne Leuchtmittel - Leuchtmittel im Schlafzimmer defekt - Fußböden sehr staubig - Abflüsse in Waschbecken und Dusche offen und teils zugesetzt - Regal/Schrank (klein) im Wohnzimmer schief und nicht an Wand befestigt (gefährlich für Kinder) - Dichtung an Eingangstür hängt herab - Rauchmelder ohne Batterien, nicht angebracht - Spiegelschrank ohne Strom/Licht - Schmutz auf dem Spiegelschrank und darüber an der Wand - Fugen in Dusche schmutzig/schimmelig - Kühlschrank nicht ganz sauber - Staubsauger, Wischmop und Eimer liegen unordentlich im Flur herum - Dreck zwischen inneren und äußeren Fenstern auf der Fensterbank - Matratzen fleckig - Betten für drei Erwachsene aber nicht für Kinder bezogen, zu wenig Bettwäsche - Bettlaken verrutschen zu leicht und sind zu klein - für Kinder keine Handtücher - kein Duschvorleger - keine Ersatzmüllbeutel

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in Berlin und sogar in der gemieteten Wohnung zwar genossen, ABER ich muss sagen, dass wir sehr enttaüscht waren, zu entdecken, dass die Wohnung nicht nur im Erdgeschoss liegt, sondern auch eigentlich ein ehemaliger Laden ist, direkt an der sehr lauten Damerowstr..Das war nirgendwo erwähnt worden. Ich habe selbst, wie mit Homaris verabredet, im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, und es war, was den Lärm anging, als ob ich im Schaufenster geschlafen hätte, ohne jede Schallisolierung natürlich, ... früh morgens besonders "hart"!!! Wenn man auch darauf hinweisen darf, dass die Wohnung für 6-8 personen angeboten war, kann als ungenügend gelten, dass nur ein Badezimmer zur Verfügung stand, vor allem weil die einzige Toilette IM Badezimmer ist. Kurz, das alles scheint mir zu erlauben, den verlangten Preis für diese schnell "zusammengebastelte" Wohnung als etwas übertrieben zu schätzen. Ich hoffe, Fe-Wo wird schon das nötige tun, um so rücksichtslose Vermieter zur Vernunft zu ermahnen. Mit besten Grüssen Geneviève Renaud
