Clean and cozy house that will sleep 14 people comfortably. Ride right from your front door to the trails . Go hunting in the Great North Woods!!!!Santa’s village and story land are minutes away. We are nestled between wildcat mountain, attitash , Bretton woods, and Mount Washington . We are minutes away from Jericho mountain and Jericho state park. We are 50 minutes away from Sunday River. There is lots of hiking trails also in the area .Come enjoy the great northern woods at our home !!!!!

ATV Weekend

Great house, location is perfect for trail access and close to everything. House was super clean and suited our needs perfectly! The addition of the pool was a great surprise and enjoyed for sure! Can't wait to return next year!

Riverfire 2023

Very charming little house in a nice neighborhood. Good communication with owner. Location was convenient to all activities.will definitly rent again. Highly recommend. We felt very comfortable there.

Solar Eclipse

The house is exactly as described on the VRBO website. We were delighted by the size and cleanliness of the house. We were warm and comfortable our entire stay. We traveled to Berlin to stay and drove over to Lancaster to view the total solar eclipse. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything you need!

I traveled with about 11 of my family members and children. The house has all the amenities you need, the porch was great, and we felt at home. The kids loved it and enjoyed the tvs in all the rooms haha. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great little place!

Quaint little town and home with most amenities. The only thing missing was a hair dryer! This is an older home that has been upgraded but could still use a little more TLC. It was a short stay, so suited our purpose fine.

Great location, very clean, so many beds and more…

I really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, spacious, had a great supply of AC’s, fans and TV’s in so many rooms. I had no idea it had a pool (bonus plan). The back deck with furniture and the lower patio with even more furniture was a very mice touch. A great selection of board games too. I would definitely come back here.

Return trip needed

Not only does the house provide you with all you could need for many different vacation ideas. It goes beyond with the host's quick and friendly response time. My children had a blast choosing a different board game every night, helping to really bring the family together. We can't wait for our 3rd return visit next year so we can try to take in as many activities provided in Berlin as well as the surrounding area.

Location

The house is centrally located for anyone wanting to take children to Santa's village and Storyland. With a 1, 2 & 4 yr old having access to a vacuum for the rugs would have been nice but we made due with a broom and dustpan. Our 9 year old enjoyed the pool. It was all we needed for our 3 nite stay to bring my grandbabies to the already mentioned parks. 😃

Mountain fun

My family and i have had the pleasure of staying here a few times and we love where the house is and being able to walk to the park with the kids. They have had a lot of fun there. Bedrooms were perfect, plenty of beds and space. Loved our stay.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a funeral so the purpose of the stay wasn’t the greatest, but we were able to all stay together and catch up, reminiscing about those we lost. The house is cute! Be advised that it is an older home, so creaky floors & doors are a given. There were 3 bedrooms with multiple beds in each room. There was also a couch in the living room and on the front (enclosed) porch for those that didn’t want to share a bed;-) Having the half bath on the first floor definitely made having such a large group more manageable. Overall, for the price and the number of people the house accommodated, it was well worth it.

Berlin weekend

Overall I enjoyed this rental very much, however, I tried 2 beds and did not find either one comfortable for this 60 year old. The rental allowed me to spend some time by myself as my Family from RI could not make the trip up at the last minute.

Cozy house in adorable neighborhood

Felt like we were staying in a family member’s home, we loved just spending time there playing board games, watching TV and cooking in the lovely kitchen. We had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Great spot for ATV's

Had a great stay over this past weekend. House was very clean and had every amenity needed. Perfect spot to drive into town or head to the trails. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend.
