The rental is so clean, comfortable and convenient. The owners responded to our questions quickly. We were close to several stores, restaurants and the ATV trails. We will be back for sure and highly recommended this rental.

It was great to have a whole house and proximity to mountains and town of gorham too. The houses surrounding the property were somewhat sketchy. The attention to detail in regards to cleanliness was only ok. There is no laundry but owner sent a check for the load we did.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Had all the needed items to make our stay comfortable. The owners contacted us promptly with questions. We were able to get to local restaurants, Shopping and the ATV trails with ease. The rental was quiet as were the neighbors. Our only suggestions are to leave some extra blankets in the closets, place a curtain you can close above the upstairs bedroom bed, and to update the photo of the upstairs bedroom. We expected 2 twin beds as shown in the photo and there was a queen bed. We will be back for sure and highly recommended this rental!
