Das Zimmer war total in Ordnung, sauber sehr gut ausgestattet und auch der Zugang konnte leicht erreicht werden. Lediglich der Empfang der normalen TV-Sender war grottenschlecht (Zimmer 416). Grund: Anschlusskabel ist nicht in Ordnung. Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit das gleiche Zimmer mit dem gleichen TV-Problem!

I planned to train | walk from here to places I was keen on (it is right across the street from the Wedding stop). I came home late (after midnight) and the area was a touch dodgy. If I was a lone female traveller, I’d have been neevous. Unit is clean and has a stocked kitchen. I’d stay again if Mitte was overbooked | overpriced.

Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Das Bad war geräumig und trotz zentraler Lage, war es ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Türe. Viele Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Während meines Aufenthalts mussten Techniker hinsichtlich des Brandschutzes das Zimmer betreten. Dies wurde 24 Std. im Voraus mitgeteilt. Meiner Ansprechperson ging leider nicht auf meine berechtigte konstruktive Kritik ein, einen solchen Termin mit mehr Vorlaufszeit mitzuteilen und es lag ihr auch fern, ein Wort des Bedauerns hinsichtlich meiner Punkte mitzuteilen. Es gibt einen Blumenstrauß an Möglichkeiten seinen Kunden bei berechtigten Ärgernissen, niedrig- bis höherschwellig Wertschätzung zu vermitteln. Limehome hat dies in meinem Fall leider nicht geschafft.

Excellent séjour et proche du transport en commun

L'appartement est très moderne et bien équipé avec les premières nécessités (pastille lave-vaisselle, huile, etc..). Il est très bien situé à côté de la station Wedding (U-Bahn ou S-Bahn au choix) et tout proche de commerce. Arrivée indépendante avec le code. Je recommande.

Great deal in a great location

First experience with an all-digital hotel and it was a very positive experience. The property is brand new and located next to several transportation options, but since the windows are facing a courtyard, it’s amazingly quiet considering its central location.

The keyless check in and access was so easy. (no worries about arriving too early/late) The location is just beside the U and S bahn stations, for quick and easy links to the airport and the city centre. There is a supermarket next door/around the corner so essentials could be easily bought. The room was large, with well equiped kitchenette and large shower room.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und ordentlich eingerichtet .Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel . Check in und Check out hat sehr gut funktioniert . Guter Preis für Berlin . Umgebung nicht besonders schön ,aber vollkommen ok. Einzige Kritik, der Fußboden war nicht gereinigt. Bin in Strümpfen gelaufen und hatte nicht meine Haare und Schmutz dran.

Die Unterkunft liegt von der Anbindung her sehr gut. S-Bahn und Ubahn sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer selbst war in keinem guten Zustand. Beim Kleiderschrank kam uns die unter Schublade direkt entgegen und war anschließend auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Blende über dem Geschirrspüler viel ebenfalls direkt beim ersten öffnen des Geschirrspüler, ab. Beim Bett war das Bettlacken leider falsch herum aufgezogen. Ich finde für solch einen Preis müssen die genannten Dinge schon passen. Wichtig wäre auch zu wissen das die Parkgebuhren für einen Parkplatz vor der Tür, bei ca. 35€ am Tag liegen. Das gilt für alle Parkplätze in der Umgebung.
