The loft is located in the 1st. Floor and can be reached by lift. The apartment has 4 correct beds (210x100) and a XXL couch (120cm wide). Up to max. 4 people can relax here and recharge their batteries. The bathroom with toilet and shower is also suitable for guests with wheelchairs, the entire apartment is barrier-free. The kitchenette is equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. There is a fridge, coffee maker, toaster kettle and 2 plate induction cooker.

Great location

This location and apartment were perfect for our visit to Berlin. Located on a street lined with restaurants filled every night with a younger diverse crowd in an area of Kreuzberg that was very lively and lots of fun. 5 minute walk to the metro made for easy access to the whole city. The apartment was nicely furnished and worked out great, the only issue was we ran out of toilet paper which was never resupplied after multiple requests so we had to take some from local restaurants.

Great intro to Berlin in lively Kreuzberg!

We enjoyed our stay in Martina's loft on our first-ever trip to Berlin. The property is secure, comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need. We quickly and easily made the trip from the Hauptbahnhof on arrival and to Tegel airport when we departed. This property is very well-located to reach many points of interest and to make good use of Berlin's excellent transit system. Kreuzberg itself is very lively with good restaurants, bars and grocery shopping easy to walk to. Martina is knowledge and passionate about the area. She gave us great recos and tips at check-in. The Tuesday Turkish market was a highlight. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the action.

Tolle Loft-Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Berlin-Kreuzberg

Wir hatten vier tolle Tage in Berlin - nicht zuletzt auch durch die wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in Kreuzberg. Mitten in Kreuzberg, und doch hat man in der Wohnung selber nichts mitbekommen von der Großstadt, da sie in einem Hinterhaus lag, gut gesichert durch zwei Türen mit Zahlencode. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, Stadtplan und U-Bahn-Karte lagen schon bereit. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Vier bequeme Einzelbetten und eine kleine Küchenzeile waren genau richtig für ein paar entspannte Tage in der Hauptstadt. Ein großes Bad mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche (einziger Mangel der Geruch aus dem Abfluss), bereit gelegte Handtücher und bezogene Betten machten den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt. Auch die Nähe zur U-Bahnstation Kottbusser Tor (3 min zu Fuß), der Lidl ums Eck und viele nette Bars und kleine Restaurants in den angrenzenden Straßen von Kreuzberg machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ein Ort, an den man gerne nach einem langen Tag zu Fuß in der Stadt zurück kommt. Also wir kommen gerne einmal wieder! Vielen Dank an Martina Siegmann!

Sehr schönes Loft

Mit dem Vermieter des Lofts hat alles super geklappt. Das Loft ist sehr sauber, geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig: der Kühlschrank macht Geräusche.
