Spend your holiday in the heart of City West, in a beautiful old building from the 1900's. This comfortable apartment has a separate bedroom and a modern fitted bathroom, an equipped kitchen is also included. Internet, bed linen and towels are also there. Next to them include a private terrace with direct access from the apartment.
The apartment is located right near the main shopping streets of the city, in the Wilmersdorferstraße there are many cafes, restaurants, bars, small and large stores. With the subway you can reach, without having to change all the main sights of Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm, the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz up to Alexanderplatz.
You are welcome to borrow a bike for your stay or explore the city by public transport.

War alles prima und vorhanden was man brauchte. Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung.Gaststätten mit Berliner Bier und Speisen fussläufig vorhanden. Die im Internet angebotene „Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden“ist jedoch Vergangenheit. Außerhalb der generellen Parkzone ( ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß)Ist das Parken aber möglich, sofern man einen Parkplatz erwischt hat.

The apartment was excellent; exactly as advertised. The place was clean and quite comfortable! Can’t beat the location; 15 taxi ride from Tegel,...5 min walk to the Bismarckstraße U-2 station! We would rent from this owner again!

Good location, very close to public transport system. Supermarket also very closenearb. Booking and checking in system worked very well. Very nice bathroom. Needs thicker curtains to block out street lights directly outside apartment. More crockery and glasses needed to make efficient use of the dishwasher.

Immersion riche dans Berlin

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fascinant. La découverte des quartiers, du street art avec une guide passionnée qui nous a amenés hors des sentiers battus, du petit musée de l'Expressionnisme allemand, du musée juif, la déambulation le long du Mur pour découvrir la longue fresque et bien d'autres lieux nous ont vraiment conquis.Nous avons utilisé tous les modes de transport pour nous reposer un peu de la marche à pied et...de la chaleur qui nous a surpris à cette période de l'année.. L'atmosphère est sympathique, cool, le vélo règne en maître et dispose de longues et larges voies dans la ville pour faciliter les déplacements. Mais là il ne faut pas se trouver sur ces dernières, même par inadvertance, car les cyclistes nous "incendient" littéralement ! On peut manger à toute heure et pour tous les budgets, les petits restos et supermarchés sont ouverts jusque tard le soir. Ce qui est très agréable ce sont les parcs, les petits lacs, les forêts qui séparent les quartiers et permettent le farniente, la fraîcheur, le calme...Je dois rajouter que nous avons été enchantés de voir des nichoirs pour oiseaux installés sous des balcons, dans des angles d'immeubles...je n'ai jamais constaté cela dans une autre capitale ou même ville. Bravo aux berlinois ! Bel exemple à suivre. Enfin, dernier point, l'appartement était parfait, clair, confortable, calme. Rien à redire sur la facilité d'accès, les conseils et renseignements donnés par le propriétaire qui nous a tout fourni. Je conseille vivement cet appartement. Marie et Bernard

Ladenlokal umgebaut als Ferienwohnung,Fenster bis zum Boden mit Milchglas.

Es war keine Sicht nach draußen.Da die Wohnung im EG war,hatte man das Gefühl die Menschen die draußen vorbei gingen und sich unterhielten stehen im Zimmer. Da die Wohnung zur Straße lag,und stark befahren war es sehr laut.

Die Kinder Ligen in der darüberliegenden Wohnung von 8:00 bis 23:30 ständig umher. Ich empfand es als ausgesprochen nervig, da das Haus sehr Hellhörig ist. So würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen- auch kann man nur aus den Oberlichter aus dem Fenster sehen, der Rest ist mit Folie angeklebt. Schade eigentlich

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights. Location great, shops, stores close to subway easy to get around. The kitchen fully furnished, Ikea like. Bathroom ok.Could have used more than one towel and hand towel per person. The fact that here are really no windows to look out makes it a little weird. The glass doors probably opened to the street at one time. Area safe easy to get around.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zeitlos, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige inkl. einer Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt. 5 Fußminuten zur U-Bahn Bismarckstrasse. Geschäfte und Restaurants mehr als genug in direkter Nachbarschaft vorhanden. Kleiner Nachteil: Die Matratze ist ist etwas zu dünn und hart. Abhilfe würde eine dickere bzw. hochwertigere schaffen.

Zeitgemäß modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir vermissten normale Handtücher !

Zentral gelegen und gut an den ÖPNV angebunden, grundsätzlich ruhige Lage, allerdings deutliche Störungen aus dem Nachbarappartement und aus der darüber liegenden Wohnung. Kein Blick nach draußen möglich, da Milchglasscheiben. Sehr gute Infrastruktur in unmittelbarer Nähe.
