Fantastic location and accessible to all key tourist sites. M10 is a block from the apartment and takes you in only a few stops to the main train station- the gateway to all of Berlin! Great neighborhood with many different restaurants. Apartment is spacious and is as described. Lovely Biergarden in park near the house (Biergarten am Kleinen Biergarten).

A lot of the Kitchen stuff was dirty. Needed to wash a lot of it before use.Only a few rooms for the number of potential guests so some will stay with view between sleeping areas.Good location close to Berlin with good cheap public transport or if you don't mind the walk you can access on foot.

The furniture in the house could use some updating. The couch cushions have dirty stains on them. The air conditioning wasn’t working, luckily it wasn’t a hot day. The area wasn’t bad and it’s closed to Berlin main rail station.
