Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for a charge and/or you may be asked to leave the apartment:
- It is prohibited to make loud noises in the apartment or on the stairs between 22:00 and 09:00.
The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that will activate the alarm in case there are loud noises between these hours.
-Maximum departure time is 11 a.m. m. And don`t forget to throw garbage in the patio containers.
- Smoking, pets, unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Damage to equipment will incur a refund charge.
