a true gem in Berlin

Palacina Berlin Hotel is a true gem!!! The apartment was a little more grand than I expected, but that made the stay even better! A comfortable space, with lots of room in most areas of the apartment. Everything was in very good condition, and the amenities were good also (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The location was great if in terms of closeness to two different subway lines. Most importantly, the property manager (Raphael) was extremely welcoming and helpful - always available and quick to respond to questions we had. I look forward to staying at Palacina Berlin Hotel again on my next trip to Berlin!

Having a kitchen as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer was extremely useful. However, I found the dining room chairs to be extremely uncomfortable (hard and slippery). I had work to do and was not able to do it at the table because of the chairs. The lighting was also a bit dim and electrical sockets were in awkward places.

Great comfort in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Palacina. Would definitely recommend to anyone who prefers to be independent of hotel limitations and have some space with a sofa and kitchen and separate bedroom.

Buena alternativa para vciajes en familia

Se trata de departamentos amoblados, sin servicio alguno, pero muy amplios, bien equipados, cómodos e incluso elegantes. Ideales para pasar varios días, en especial si se viaja en familia. No encontramos ningún atractivo especial en el barrio, pero tiene Metro muy cerca y es fácil ir a cualquier lugar. Hay una recepción, pero atiende sólo en las mañanas; es conveniente coordinar la llegada para la entrega de las llaves. Al retirarse, se pueden simplemente dejar en un buzón. El edificio tiene estacionamiento, pero la entrada es muy, pero muy estrecha; hay que abatir los espejos y pasar con mucho cuidado para no dañar una llanta.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME.. WORTH IT !!

I am not the type of ever write reviews. I usually always get too busy by the time I get back from vacation but I could not forget about the comfort I felt in this hotel. It's more of an apartment feel. My boyfriend and I stayed during christmas time mainly to hit all of the nearby christmas markets and this was dead center close to all of them. The apartment within itself was SOO homey and clean! It had clean plates,cups, utensils so we didn't have to worry. It looks JUST like the pictures , I was so happy! I typically like to sleep without a comforter and just a light sheet to wrap myself with and it was a 5 minute timespan of when I requested it and they delivered it to the door. It's nearby alot of mom and pops shops and plenty of grocery stores. We plan on coming back again !!!

Recht zentral in Berlin-Schöneberg gelegenes Studio-/2-Raum-Kleinapartment gehabt. Gut und sauber eingerichtet. Ideal für Selbstversorger, da mit Küche und aller Infrastruktur. Dran denken...Ist kein Hotel. Aber das nächste, sehr nette Café ist nur 100m entfernt in der gleichen Strasse.

Beautiful apartments that can't be faulted. Great location near to several u-bahn stations. Handy for lots of restaurants. Cafe der Fragen just up road was great for breakfast. Will stay here again when in Berlin.

Just lovely!

Good safe area close to underground stop and short walk to multiple cafes. Mum adored the room and she is fussy - enough said. Hotel host Daniel was friendly and helpful, we really appreciated his warm and informative welcome. Goid facilities in apartment. Would definitely stay there again.
