Urtümliche Bleibe mit Berlinflair

Viel Platz zum Schlafen und zum Kochen, kleines Bad. Nette Details in der Wohnung. Sehr ruhiger Innenhof , keine Verkehrsgeräusche nach hinten raus. Das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch ist aber nur mit Ohropacs zu empfehlen. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden. Haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

This was a great property that comes as advertised! Central location to all the tourist/sightseeing areas. Communication with the host is 5 stars and super quick every time. Highly recommend!!!

Gute Lage, aber das ist auch schon fast alles

Von mehr als 20 Wohnungen, die wir in vielen Jahren gemietet haben, war das die teuerste und die schlechteste: keine Infos für die Ankunft, unter der Hausnummer gibt es 3 Türen mit 4 Türcodes, muss man eben suchen (Geheimtipp: es ist die Tür mit dem Firmenschild "Töpferei"). Keine Infos über Funktionieren der GEräte, v.a. Klimaanlage, wobei zwei der 3 Klimaanlagen nicht zum Laufen zu bringen waren. Nach unserer Reklamation (unter dem GErät im Schlafzimmer war eine große P%fütze) kam 24 Std. später eine Person, deren Sprache wir nicht verstanden und die vermutlich auch uns nicht verstand, aber ein Foto der Pfütze gemacht hat, das wir schonübermittelt hatten. Danach 10 Tage nichts mehr. Das dritte, funktionnierende Gerät, ist neben der Oberlichte im Wohnzimmer. Die Oberlichte ist aber nicht schließbar, weil auf 3 m Höhe, zur Strasse - bei den Temperaturen im August 2022 nicht sehr praktisch. Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir angetrocknete Milchreste, Schokoladen- und sonstige Krümel, in der Kaffeemaschine war noch der verschimmelte Kaffeesatz der Vormieter. Die Ecken in der Dusche waren braun und schwarz vor Schimmel, die Duschkabine weiß vor Kalkablagerungen. Chromteile im Bad (Seifenspender, Papierhalter) schmuddelig. Auf den Bodenleisten im Schlafzimmer liegt der Staub von Bohrlöchern für die Vorhangleisten, die vermutlich nicht erst kürzlich angebracht wurden. Ansonsten Spinnweben in den Ecken etc. Im Übrigen ist die Rede von 2 Zimmer: Ein Zimmer davon ist eine offene Mezzanine mit 1,6 m Stehhöhe. Die Wohnung ist für 6 PErsonen angeboten. Weder der Esstisch noch das Wohnzimmer bieten Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer ist eine schwere Eisentür, die nur mit eine Knall zu schließen ist... Vermutlich kein privater Anbieter, wie in der Anzeige angegeben, sondern kommerziell, mit mehreren Wohnungen in Berlin (Halensee, Prenzlauer Berg: ähnliche Möblierung, fast gleicher Text in der Anzeige). Positiv ist die Qualität der Betten und die Lage in U-Bahnnähe, nahe am Zentrum.
