Good location but the appartement could be better

The apartment doesn’t feel finished. The TV wasn’t working, there is only one fork. And the kitchen is barely equipped for cooking. The overall finish of the apartment is also sloppy. And there is no view to the outside. And we found the bed not comfortable. The location next to the S-bahn is perfect to explore Berlin. Parking was free for us but from the 30th of October 2023 you have to pay for the street parking.

No key to Main door, no help with this Problem, Apartment was humid and moldy

Multiple complaints about the key to the main entrance being missing were answered with standard emails without any real help or response. When I called the number provided, a call back was promised, but it never came. Apparently, the expectation was that every time I returned—and in Berlin, that can sometimes be in the middle of the night—I would ring the neighbors' doorbells. They were very helpful, by the way. And the problem was known throughout the building. And apparently, the owner hasn't responded for some time. I hardly dared leave the house because I was constantly worried I wouldn't be able to get back into the apartment. Ultimately, as a tenant, I managed to secure a key for the entrance. That's neither my job nor does it make a stay in Berlin any nicer, where living simply has to work. Even if there were a key to the main entrance now, I can't recommend the apartment even with the best will in the world. The apartment has a massive moisture and mold problem, was previously a kind of storage room, and is simply not suitable for residential use. Although it's fair to say that a lot has been done to allow for ventilation, it's simply not enough. Therefore, even though it looks very good in the photos,

super Lage bei Anreise ohne Auto

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Leider funktionierten bei der dunklen Wohnung nicht alle Lampen. das Bad war top eingerichtet. Endlich mal genug Ablageflächen für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist perfekt. Nur 2 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Schöneberg entfernt. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, sieht es leider nicht so gut aus. Außer von Samstag 19:00 bis Montag 9:00 ist in der gesamten Gegend kein kostenloses Parken möglich. nur für ca. 30,- € pro Tag.
