Nice Hotel.The staff were pleasant and Friendly.Excellent choice for Breakfast.Location was excellent as well. Hotel was quiet at night so got a good night sleep.I would definitely come back here again.

Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
Front desk staff unhelpful and rude. The room had a broken mirror held together with tape. Red stain on the ceiling!!!!!

Very clean room and hallways (and surprisingly little noise from neighbouring rooms and their doors. Good bar food but very slow/absent service in evening. Ate breakfast outside of the hotel. Hot room, no air con, only one window could open and this was only March. Think it would be unpleasant in ...
