The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking space. Our room was cleaned every day, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast staff were quite miserable and made us feel uncomfortable while we were helping ourselves, even though breakfast was included in our stay.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast very good. The cleanliness could be improved. Overall it was good, however the top bunk in the room had an accumulation of dust and hair in the cracks. There were also hairs on the towels. The hotel location was great, right off a busy tram line for easy commuting.

This is a clean facility, breakfast buffet is ok. However, it is clearly a budget option with limited amenities: only soap but no lotion in room, only one outlet (have to alternate charging of electronics), no coffee/tea in room, no safe.

The electrical outlets are very far from the bed…. No very useful with a cpap machine! We good the Hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. Thankfully a member of the staff was kind enough to look for an extension cord for us.

Staff great help and very pleasant to us. Excellent services with the 24 concierge service , beverages and food available. Well provided area for heating up food if you need it. Very clean. Our room was small but ok for us as we had small amount of luggage ie small backpacks not large suitcases. May want to ask for a larger room if you have lots of luggage. All in all a great short stay. Also gorgeous view to alps on the side our room was on.

Very Inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels, but this is more like a hostel than a hotel. Every possible cost savings is evident, but it gets the job done. Just don’t expect it to compare to more expensive luxurious accommodations. The rooms were clean, safe, and their surrounding area was good. Beds were comfortable. Very utilitarian, but there isn’t a cheaper way to sleep three people in the area that I could find.

We did not venture out intonthe rain to much.. room was small for 2 people.. and there was no privacy for shower as it and toilet was pretty much in the room with ya.. I would not stay here again.. breakfast was decent tho.. and was cheapest around..
