Warm service
The service of the hotel is good. The staff at check in counter & the breakfast restaurant are very helpful, welcoming & efficient. The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walk from the rail station, where all the tram & bus connections are there, & the hotel will provide a free transport pass upon arrival. The hotel is clean & tidy. The only inconvenience is the weird design of the room curtain, which make the guests difficult to make use of the room space.

Good location
Pros - great location, modern room, pleasant staff, good breakfast Cons - room is a bit small, no air con but have a little fan, a bit noisy if open the window.

No air-condition in the room. The hotel provided a fan for us but it is still hot in May.

clean, new, spacious rooms, conveniently located
the staff were friendly and efficient. they were helpful and were able to provide us with advice on attractions in the city. the hotel rooms are very new and nicely furnished. a range of amenities are provided, making the stay a pleasant one. breakfast was of good quality and food was replenished frequently. the hotel is located within walkable distance from the train station and along the main road so it is easy to access different attractions.

離車站很近，整體設備都很新很舒適，房間很小沒有冰箱，窗戶只能傾開，無法全開，造成裡面很熱，通風很差，廁所的排氣風扇轉得很慢，臭味要等很久才能散掉，其他都很令人滿意。

Great Hotel, good location, fair price, clean
The best stay for my travel in Switzerland. The location is ideally located, around 5-7 minutes from the hotel. The hotel let me check in early when I arrived earlier than the check in time. They also provide Bern Ticket, which is a great plus, allows you to take all the transportation in Bern. The breakfast is great, a lot of selection, and it starts at 6:30. The room is pretty big (I book a triple room) and very clean.Hotel also prepare a basket of fruit with apples, oranges and pears for guests. I would strongly recommend this hotel, and will definitely visit again.

from the train station, just turn rignt and Ador Hotel is 2 blocks away. Breakfast is good, just that the refill rate is slow. The bathroom is big, just that the wall is glass. Ador is just a good 3 star hotel with good location. If you pay the right price, then there is no complain

Very close to main train and bus stations
I arrived early a few hours and had already walked around as my room is not ready. However When I returned at about 12:30 and saw another traveller also arrived a couple of hours early and able to have his room. The first recepionist insisted that my room would not be ready until 2pm but as I was tired and the senior receptionist arranged a room for me. It would be much nicer if they can be more flexible in arranging the rooms.
