「Although I love the room and the space. I even enjoyed the staff in the gift shop. The staff in the sports bar, ballet were not ideal. They seem bothered and borderline rude. We had children with us in a pretty big group that was enjoying themselves and they made us feel like we did not belong or that we were inconvenience. I spent a lot of money with the resort this weekend was disappointed」

「The staff were very kind. The area can be sketchy at moments but in the evenings the they have door men that make you feel very safe. They kept things tidy and often checked in on me. Loved my stay」
