Welcome to "Surfway - Berrara," your coastal retreat situated in the picturesque town of Berrara. This charming holiday rental is a short walk away from the beach and a tidal lagoon, making it an ideal destination for families, with the perfect blend of coastal beauty and child-friendly.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- No Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a car/boat or jet ski)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
Inside
Featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom, "Surfway - Berrara" provides comfortable accommodations for up to six people. As you step inside, the clean, bright, and open-plan living space welcomes you, encompassing the lounge room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. A thoughtful addition to the living area includes a study desk and stool bench seating, providing a versatile space for work, relaxation, or casual dining.
From the inviting lounge room, you'll find access to the three bedrooms and a three-way bathroom, each tastefully styled with coastal touches. Sink into the coastal-inspired charm of each room, creating a tranquil haven for rest and relaxation.
Outside
Step outside onto the covered patio, where an outdoor table, barbecue, and comfy bean bags await. This space is perfect for enjoying alfresco meals, sipping drinks, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach. An outdoor shower is conveniently provided for rinsing off the sand and saltwater, ensuring a seamless transition from the shore to your cozy retreat.
The large backyard is a haven for families, offering ample space to play, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. A large tree provides shade and serenity, creating a peaceful atmosphere for both adults and children to appreciate. Whether you're gathering for a barbecue, playing games, or simply basking in the coastal breeze, the backyard at "Surfway - Berrara" is a delightful extension of your holiday home.
Location
The location of this holiday rental is superb, within walking proximity to beautiful beaches. You can easily explore the sandy shores, take refreshing swims, or indulge in a variety of water sports. Berrara and its surrounding areas also offer opportunities for hiking, fishing, and exploring the natural beauty of the region.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus drivers licence and credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and card details are destroyed within two weeks.
