In Berrobi, 5 km from Tolosa, recently built house with 3 double rooms, and with a newly installed video surveillance system



The owners have been supporting for over 20 years their commitment to defend a quality environment. They have built this house entirely of wood, adequately complying with all the regulations applicable to the use of natural resources. Its wooden construction achieves a much higher thermal insulation than conventional construction, thus reducing energy demand.



Both the exterior and interior of the house stand out for its innovative design. The kitchen, dining room and living room are joined on the ground floor and its ceiling is open to the roof, more than 5 meters away, creating a spacious and very welcoming space. The apartment has three double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and a spacious porch, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the place. Located on the slopes of Mount Uzturre, nearby are the Leizarán protected biotope and the Aralar, Aizkorri-Aratz and Pagoeta natural parks. Appropriate places for hiking, cycling or walking enjoying nature and its spectacular landscapes.

Beautiful house but needs a some maintenance

An amazing location but a bit difficult to find on google and Waze. Luckily we found the signs on the road leading us to our location. Spectacular views even in the rain but when the sun shines it is amazing. Overall the property was great but a few maintenance issues could be addressed with the dishwasher, upstairs shower in particular.
