“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

“The cottage happily accomodated 6 adults and 4 children and was very comfortable. We identified a few problems which Tina quickly sorted which, surprisingly, appear not to have been reported by the previous occupants. We were so lucky with the weather but we noticed that sadly there were no comfortable outdoor chairs.”
