Happy with our stay of 3 nights. Our host Claire was very professional with organising our stay for a family of 4, her communication level was outstanding and she had made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The premises and buildings were a little outdated and rundown and are in need of some TLC. Overall for the price we paid and the quiet time that we had in a lovely nature corridor with a healthy eco system. The kids had fun fishing on the lakes pontoon with catching fish and playing around the green grass. Overall we could return one day for another quick stay over. Our host Clair 5 stars Buildings 3 stars Parks and gardens 5 stars

Air-conditioned cabin not suitable for elderly or people with mobility problems. Reception accessed by external double flight of stairs, not always manned - a phone number on wall outside, in case of emergencies. Portable, milk-crate type steps to the cabin. The air-conditioned cabin did not go below 32 degrees until the outside temperature fell at night. Insect screen on window was damaged, no screens on sliding door entry.

I should have been reinbured i could not lock my accommodation. It was suggested that i leave my key outside so i could shut the door.Tried twice to sort this out prior to giving feedback. Both whatif and the accommodation has ignored this

Queen ensuite van was not up to standard. Amenities required further cleaning and appliances needed to be checked to ensure they were operational. The bed was confortable the rest of the van wasnt. When these concerns were raised the staff were wonderful.

Not bad
Very quiet place. Small donga as a cabin but was air-conditioned TV was not working but i was only there one day. No dining facilities unless your part of the work force that stay there( that was inconvenient as the IGA up road not good). Owners were nice.

Comfortable relaxing stay
Well equipped cabin with great undercover outside space. Wonderful and cool once air conditioning kicked in. Quiet well maintained caravan park with lots of trees. Well located to complete the Litchfield NP circuit.

The accommodation is small and basic but it's all I needed. The only downside of this place is the other travellers... The trailer I stayed in was 2 units and the other unit was full of men who talked and drank late and then were up vomiting in front of mine from the early hours of the morning. Not a whole lot of sleep was had due to this.

A exceptional host, just made our stay so much better. The van was roomy, wider then a normal van. Would stay again if in the area.

Photos do not represent the property, this campsite is more for fruit pickers who live on site who constantly spit. Cabin had cockroaches in but no fly spray Stayed for 2 out of 7 nights. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Only positive was the toilets were clean but you could hear constantly hear the sound of people clearing their throats and spitting

Like - convenient to Berry Springs commercial centre; cabin / room clean and functional; Daniel and Angela very helpful; comfy bed; excellent aircons Improvement - the park looked old and a bit rundown; kitchen not open as much as it could be; breakfast with good coffee could be a good way to go

Når man booker i NT.Aus forventer man ikke høj standard ,sengetøj ,håndklæder og toiletartikler altid ok.Der er også altid elkedel brødrister og nestkaffe.Stedet her valgte vi fordi der restaurant og langt til andre spisesteder,man havde bare ikke oplyst at den pga weetseason kun er åben fre lør søndag .Så det var noget øv at det ikke er omtalt via siden .På trods af denne mangel var der ikke reduktion i prisen på overnatning og "bordet " fanger jo når afbestillingsfristen er udløbet .Ærgeligt for vi havde bestilt 2 og stedet indgår som en del af en kør selv ferie.

Hello Elsebeth, I am sorry you felt there was a lack of care. You booked in for 1 week therefore your linen was changed when you left. We always have services available to guests upon request. There is at least 4 eateries within 10 minute drive. Berry Springs Tavern 1.5km Jonnies dine in takeaway 1km Caltex Service Station 1 km Leitchfield Hotel 10 minutes. Guests are told upon check in when our restaurant is closed. I remember telling you myself. I understand your disappointment at the restaurant being closed having checked Wiki Camps and looking forward to dining in our restaurant. Enjoy your holiday touring our wonderful country.

Sorry your room was not as you expected. The room you booked does not have kettle etc as it has no sink. The queen room is the one with a kettle and coffee etc. We have maintenance on site 24/7 so if you had told us of your issues we would have addressed them straight away. As we now know of them we have sent maintenance to fix them. Thank you for staying with us, have a wonderful holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately sometimes guests do not bag and date their time of departure on their food when using the kitchen. This makes it difficult for staff to know if they can dispose of food left after guests have left. In the rural areas, ants will get into anything if it is not wrapped tightly. The fridges are cleaned once per week and food correctly labeled is removed when guests have checked out. The bins are emptied daily and when busy twice daily.

Lovely grounds with lots of bird life.
Amenities block was clean and very well maintained. The hosts were very welcoming. The only disappointment was that the cabin did not have an en suite.

Hello Inky, Thank you for your wonderful feedback. Just to let you know we do have cabins with en-suites. They sleep between 5 and 6 people. The cabins for 4 people do not have an en-suite and this is the one you booked. They are however located close to the amenities. We hope you will visit us again and perhaps next time book the cabins sleeping more than 4 people.

The "cabin" was basically clean inside but outside was a mess with permanent people living next door. Dirty chairs and no shade, in NT! The cabin smelled of smoke and was also very noisy when the neighbours moved about at night. We also had to go hunting for the receptionist when the phone was not answered after five attempts. We always stay in budget places and this was by far the worst we have come across in Australia.

The Pool chlorinator hadn't worked for a few days so the pool was cloudy. No Internet.The Bar and restaurant are only open Fridays and Saturdays. The room was ok though.
