  • Updated 3 bedroom / 2.5 end unit townhome in Salt Pond available for weekly rent! Central AC, screened porch overlooking the pond, WiFi with streaming TV, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher and Microwave. You'll also be less than 5 minutes drive to both Bethany Beach and the Delaware Seashore State Park. Great amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and fitness for a rec. fee of $150. Golf also available for additional charge

    **Please note: Amenities and fireplace are not available for use in the off-season, which starts on Labor Day. No BBQ Grill.

The location of townhome is great, very peaceful and easy commute to the beach. The walking trails around the development were very scenic. We had no issues with the rental and the ladies at Jack Hickman Reaty were great at checkin.

Family vacation

The place was very nice and accommodating! We loved the location and the kayak pier near the house. The screened in porch was a nice, relaxing place to enjoy. The only negatives to our stay was that the master bedroom mattress needed to be updated, the main floor was very dirty and the slider was very difficult to open and close. Overall, I would stay here again.
