    The Space:

    Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean, this Bethany Beach condo located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway is the perfect spot for your next vacation. After a day out on the beach or exploring the area, come back to your cozy holiday abode. Sporting upgrades for 2023 such as a new couch, brand new LVP flooring, and a small kitchenette, you'll feel right at home. Lounge on the furniture inside, then breathe in the fresh ocean air on the deck. Guests have access to central AC, a microwave, free WiFi, an outside shower, a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, a balcony, and parking for two cars. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great little studio. Super easy check in/out. Great location. Quiet Bethany close to the beach with great restaurants and the boardwalk in walking distance, yet only minutes from recovery if you want some more action. Would absolutely book again

The check in process was a huge headache. There was another number I needed to press, and didn’t find out until standing outside for 45 minutes while on the phone with support. The property was as stated, however, one photo includes a pool that is NOT part of this rental. That was misleading. The location was great. Close to stores and an easy walk to the beach. Overall, it was a great trip once we got in!
