    The Space:

    Relaxation comes naturally at this family-friendly coastal-chic getaway equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The light and bright interior features a coveted open layout with a well-equipped kitchen that was completely renovated in Dec 2024 including all new appliances. The adjacent dining table is perfect for gathering to enjoy a vacation meal or a fun game night. Kick back and relax in the spacious and comfortable living room- to read, play games and watch TV (cable or streaming services, as well as a DVD player). The wraparound screened porch -- complete with twinkling lights, lounge chairs, and a table for dining alfresco -- is the perfect place to start and end each day. The location is ideal for taking advantage of everything Sea Colony has to offer. Catch the free tram to the private beach just steps from the front door. Beach chairs and sand toys are also available for your use. The fitness center, aquatic center, and tennis & pickleball courts are all a 5-minute walk away – or hop on the provided bikes to get around. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis and pickleball, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Great location, could use some improvements

My family and I enjoyed our time at 53066 Lakeshore Ct. Great location (tram stop right there and walking distance to a pool/splash pad), but I do want to note that this condo had a really strong mildew smell (I realize it’s a beach house, but it was pretty intense). There was definitely room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness and a few amenities could be updated. The updated kitchen was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

First time of many

The condo was very nice. Really happy that it was on the first floor. Only five steps to the door. The place was very clean and the kitchen was awesome. The only nit pick is that both bathrooms had tub showers and I am a little old and stiff so getting in took practice. But the master bathroom was really nice. All in all a very positive experience. I will definitely use this place again.

Lovely little condo in a great location

Very near to the gym and pool, and easy bike ride to the beach. It was a great location and a nicely appointed place. One thing to be aware of: they have two free bikes in the condo you can use, but the seats are broken and not adjustable.

Garofalo family vacation

Sea Colony is the greatest vacation place in the country. Every amenity you could ever want in one place. Pools, tennis counts, inside and out, playgrounds, work out facilities and, transportation to every area, including the Beach. The home we rented had everything you needed, all on one floor, and with three young toddlers you didn’t have to worry about them climbing up and down steps. All the restaurants and stores are within a 5 square mile area. 3 ice cream places within walking distance. My family will only go to Sea Colony for all summer vacations. This was our 2 nd year and they did not disappoint, we are hooked on a sea Colony.

Bethany COVID-19 Escape

This property is outstanding! We will definitely be renting again. Check-in Process The details were sent to us electronically and were easy to follow. Condo Amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked with coffee pot, filters, grinder, pots and pans, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher with cleaning pods, dish soap, sponges, etc. Everything was exceptionally well organized and labeled. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location This property has access to tennis, swimming pools (12 indoor and outdoor pools), fitness center and great trails. They also offer a trolley service to the beach and all property amenities. Because of COVID, the outdoor pools closed every two hours to get sanitized. Management Company They were overwhelmed (according to their voicemail). I tried contacting them via phone and waited over an hour and eventually hung up. I also sent an email, but never received a response. The electronic process of rental agreements and sending out information for check-in and out was sufficient. You just could not talk to a person either via phone or email ahead of time.
