A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and it’s a short drive to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Thoughtfully upgraded and peppered with bright and beachy decor, this family-friendly condo is your ticket to paradise. Spend endless hours on your furnished and screened porch. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the adjacent table. After exciting days out, switch on the gas fireplace, sink into the sectional, and stream your favorite TV shows and movies in the living area. Central air conditioning, high-speed internet access, and a private washer/dryer add a layer of convenience and comfort during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. First floor unit, updated furnishings, very clean, close to tram stop and short walk to pool. Also adjacent to a pond. Very nice!

Recent stay

House was clean and well maintained. The beds weren’t exactly the most comfortable and the kitchen was not that well equipped. Could have used more cooking supplies. Location of the house was nice, being along a dead end road that allowed our kids to ride their bikes and scooters without worrying about cars. Would consider staying here again.
