perfect beach front stay!

Gorgeous, Easy Stay with children

My kids and I were passing through the area after a competition. We stayed here 2 nights to enjoy the beach on off season. The views from the condo are spectacular! The condo was perfect and had everything needed for a family stay. We are already looking to come back during the season. My kids say we have to get this EXACT condo. They loved it so much! Looking forward to coming back again this year.

Good vacation getaway.

The condo was clean, updated furnishings and well equipped kitchen. We arrived in mid May and unfortunately the Edgewater heated indoor pool was being serviced and not functional. The towels that were supplied by Vacasa were not soft, very rough and scratchy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and especially liked the upstairs loft, giving us another bedroom. Great vacation rental. would rent this condo again next year.

unclean home with no heat in 2 rooms

We love the beach but were worried abt catching an illness from this very unclean home with water stains in the ceiling and brown stains in the carpet. There is zero heat in two bedrooms dropping to almost 50degrees at night - seems as though there may be AC issues too as the unit has abt 8 fans. We stay at sea colony all the time and have never encountered a unit that has holes in the wall, no blinds, water stains in the ceiling and lack of heat. We rented from vacasa assuming they’d have standards and they do not.
