A convenient seasonal shuttle connects you to all Sea Colony amenities, and you are just a short walk from the heart of Bethany Beach with its popular dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated during the off season with major renovations, including fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, all new interior doors, and brand new HVAC and water heater systems, giving guests a fresh, modern, and comfortable stay.



Step out onto the ocean view balcony, your perfect all day perch for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening sunsets. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals with ease, and the adjacent dining area makes gathering together simple and enjoyable.



Unwind in the bright, sun-soaked living room featuring brand new couches, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. With central air conditioning and a private washer and dryer, every detail is designed for comfort and convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
