Located in Sea Colony's Tennis Community, this one-level, first floor resort retreat features a wrap-around screened porch (with wooded view), a living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



    THINGS TO KNOW





    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Great property and recommend

This was a great rental property for us. Very clean and comfy furniture and king master bed. We cooked a lot and there was very good kitchen pots and pans as well as plates and cups. Very close to a tram stop for getting to the beach in minutes. My kids loved the location and riding their bikes around sea colony. We love coming here

Great for a short getaway

Home had a nice wooded location, close to the tram stop and nearby pool. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. A bit noisy from the upstairs neighbors and wifi frequently cut in and out but we had a very good experience. Would definitely rent here again.

I loved everything about the unit except for the sofa bed. I have stayed in other units where there was an actual bed which I would have preferred. This sofa bed may be ok for sitting however not for sleeping.

Sea Colony

The property was a nice place to stay. We arrived late and had been told that the property was clean and ready for us via email. The floors were dirty and the water was shut off. We had to notify security to help us get it turned back on. Other than the overall cleanliness, it was a lovely property and we enjoyed our short stay. Communicating through email was a bit delayed and I could not get through to the property management ANY of the 5-6 times I tried to call them.
