「Clean, well anppointed apartment with off street parking. Excellent host communication!」

「First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

「Very clean and everything you need, it’s a great use of space. The shower head was broken and squirted everywhere and this was the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. Once they have it fixed it will be perfect. The bed is nice & firm and had quality pillows and a box fan for noise. Very conveniently located to the stadium and restaurants. I recommend Locke for coffee in the morning- quality stuff! We’d stay here again.」

「This was definitely a 5 star property in every way. Clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the lot in back of the property. The hosts were prompt in responding to communications. The property is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It's proximity to Aglamesis's ice cream parlor was a big plus for us! We look forward staying again.」

「The property is in a great location and has all the amenities needed for a brief stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the free parking spot was a nice addition. The host was very quick to reply to questions as well.」

「Property entrance was rough, with dark lighting and raised concrete paths, possible trip hazard. Backyard area in need of cleanup. Steps to enter property were small and somewhat difficult to use. Noise level was high. Third floor occupants were loud throughout stay. Unit was clean and comfortable.」

「Property is very clean for a pet friendly property. Communication is very easy with host. We have stayed multiple times with them and they are available whenever needed. Absolutely love the balcony.」

「While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.」

「This property was in an ideal location for us as it was within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. The downtown Newport area right outside the loft also has a nice variety of food and shopping options. The loft itself was clean, comfortable, and the area was quiet at night. We would stay here again.」

「Lots of steps. Better suited for young adults. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping.」
