「Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good.

「This is an artfully restored third floor of an old house. Very clean and very well maintained. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! You should know, it is small and the furniture is all to scale- small bed (maybe a queen size? Maybe full?) small table, small living room chairs, etc. It was nice for one person. 「Overall we had a great stay, the split unit air conditioner stopped working after a few days but the property manager quickly resolved the problem as temperatures were rising. Kitchen in the apartment is equipped for a long stay as it had most of what we needed. Would recommend. 」
