“The property and view were amazing. The proximity to excellent breweries, hikes, and kayaking made it a perfect base for us for our vacation. Mornings were spent exploring the nearby areas and the afternoons and evenings on the front porch just soaking in the views of the mountains and property. Only drawback I could say is that the dining room table could not accommodate all of us, but we were able to make it work. Everything was as stated in the property description. “An amazing townhouse (MV303) with exceptional views of the mountains from the large balcony! We stayed in the middle of summer for the views and hiking experiences. “We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“The house was clean and updated, had closets to store clothing, and a nice layout for hanging with family. The kitchen was well stocked, with new appliances. There were some spices, coffee filters, sugar packets and creamers. We enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of stacked wood, chairs and small tables around it and string lights hung on the trees. “An adorable little house for the week our floors were being done (last week of March). Nice property that would be superb in any season (but obviously a bit muddy when all is thawing). Dog fence would be terrific, but we did fine without as our pups are pretty obedient. Thankfully no bear, deer or coyote sightings to get our crazy Goldie wound up. “We stayed with family for my mom’s 70th birthday. Ages ranged from 3-70 and everybody was happy! Games were fun, house was clean and had sweet little touches. Location was perfect for many restaurants, attractions, etc. Parking and accessibility were wonderful. My only (small) suggestion would be to update windows and doors.
