Summary:
Fully furnished condo in the Forest Grove Crossing community. Located 1.5 miles from Bettplex Sports Complex, Middle Road / I-80 Exit, shopping, restaurants and only 7.2 Miles to try your luck at Isle Casino. Roomy 3 bed(King, Queen & twin) with 2 full bathrooms and heated 2 car attached garage. Private balcony just off of the living room. 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with pull out twin mattress and work area with desk and chair. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Warm up and relax next to the gas fireplace place in the living room.

Create a home cooked meal and sit around the dining room table with your family.
Sit in bar stools at the quartz countertops for breakfast and coffee
Our 3 bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. It is a roomy master suite and attached bathroom, with a spacious walk-in closet.
For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.
Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and may come and go as they please. While there are quiet hours, there is no curfew. We use an electronic smart lock for safe and convenient contactless entry, great for checking in and out! The 2 car attached and garage is available for guests to use during their stay. To note, our 3-bedroom units are on the 2nd level, and entry is via a covered/enclosed stairway.
Other Things to Note:
Please respect our property as we are not geared toward parties or large group. We have a high standard and intend to give our guests the best possible living space during their stay! We expect a high rating and will reciprocate accordingly. We pride ourselves on the quality of our units and as such ALL of our units are non-smoking. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We came to town for a family gathering. The house was very clean and close to the events we needed to attend. Check in process was easy, and the neighborhood was very nice. All members of our family commented on the great comfort of the bedding. We would stay here again.

This place was great. Nice price, nice space, check in/out was real easy. Prob one of the best VRBO's i have gotten. Garage with remote controls is a feature
Couple small notes take them or leave them :
1. IDK how many reminders for good reviews is too many. I am writing this after 3 but i liked the place a lot so;
2. The 3rd bedroom (listed as 2 twins) is a twin with a pullout. not close to the end of the world but don't put a couple in there.
Other than that dope, top notch and we had a great time in the QC area

Great central location, and the property feels brand new, with all the amenities you could expect. A great option for families and groups visiting the area for any reason, with more space and a more-inexpensive option than getting a block of hotel rooms. We will definitely be back!

March 2025 Charming Condo Review
Property was accurately described on-line and met all of our expectations (5 Adults). Host (Sara) messaged us immediately after booking and kept in contact from beginning to end. Host provided clear and concise check-in information the morning of our arrival and check-in process was very easy. Unit was clean, well organized and all pertinent information regarding the unit was prominently displayed on the kitchen island. Furnishings were comfortable and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings. Property was within easy commuting of Quad City sites and we thoroughly enjoyed returning after each day of exploring various sites. Host provided check-out reminder the day before we left with clear instructions for us to follow. This was a great VRBO unit and will definitely stay again when and if in the Quad Cities area. Thanks for a great visit Sara!!

Not everything worked
We had no wifi the entire stay, which also meant no TV. They only offered streaming services which of course needs wifi.
The A/C did not work properly. A schedule was made to automatically set temperatures to 75. We could not adjust it.
There are no kitchen towels or wash rags. The bathroom wash cloths were actually a mixture of kitchen cloths and bath cloths.
The space was nice, but otherwise a hotel would have been better.
I've messaged the host 3 times and still no response.
