“- The hot tub was great. - The driveway was one big sheet of ice! I fell twice but luckily my family did not fall.- A lot of kitchen cabinet doors were broken- The cleaner knocked on the door at 10:15 the day of check out but we didn't think about the time change. We were following the time from the oven clock. - Overall the house was ok. It was close to Crystal Mountain so it was what we needed. We won't spend over 800 for two days at this specific property again.”

“I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater.
