  • In a village house, duplex apartment, 60 m2, on the 1st floor. Located in a quiet square, dead end, 3 minutes walk from the beach, time in hand, the port, restaurants, shops, Les Halles where you can do your market every morning.

    You can forget your car.

    Completely renovated apartment for 5 people. Comprising a living / dining room with open kitchen opening onto a south-facing balcony (reading break, coffee, sun), a shower room / wc, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms.
    Reversible climate control.
    Equipment: furniture, bedding, appliances, dishes .. (Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with pod, classic filter coffee machine ... iron and ironing board, hairdryer ,...TV..)

    Free parking at the foot of the apartment on the square and its surroundings (3 minutes walk from the rental).

    Rental classified 3 * star by Etoiles de France, Official Classification of Tourist Accommodation, and referenced with the Tourist Office of Mèze. A Tourist tax will be collected by Abritel'HomeAway, according to the new legislation in force since January 2019.

    Linen rental on request (fitted sheets - flat sheets - mattress protectors - pillow cases - pillow protectors - towels, large and small, 2 per person - tea towels, 2) / 15 Euros per person / stay.

    Cot (child 0-3 years), available: you will need to bring a pillow, sheets.

    End of stay cleaning is compulsory:
    - It can be done by the holidaymaker (impeccable kitchen utensils, cleaning of the fridge / freezer, oven, hob, coffee machines .... sanitary facilities, floors cleaned). An impeccable and respectful space has been entrusted to you, you will have to make it as clean as it was entrusted to you when handing over the keys.

    - Otherwise, to be specified when booking, end of stay cleaning, 100 Euros, to be paid on arrival.

    - If you have rented household linen, sheets (covers and flat sheets), mattress protectors, pillowcases, pillow protectors, towels ... must be removed from the beds, folded and placed in the room thank you). There is no hotel service in this rental.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Mèze et nous ne pouvons pas assez souligner à quel point nous avons aimé notre hébergement. La maison était accueillante, propre et jolie, et son emplacement central dans le charmant village nous a permis d'explorer facilement tout ce que la région a à offrir. Il y a beaucoup à voir et à faire dans la région, comme les villages de Pézenas, Béziers, Sète, Aigues-Mortes, etc. Les propriétaires étaient incroyablement serviables et sympathiques, ce qui a vraiment contribué à notre expérience positive. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire qui a accepté d'aménager notre horaire d'arrivée et de départ. Le logement refait, bien équipé, est très agréable, dans un environnement calme. On laisse la voiture en bas de la maison et on peut tout faire à pied à Mèze (plage, balades, prendre le bateau pour aller à Sète, etc)

Très joli appartement dans le centre historique de mèze

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce joli appartement dans le centre historique de mèze. L appartement est idéalement situé, très proche des plages et des commerces. Les nombreuses pistes cyclables permettent de faire de très belles balades, bouzigues, balaruc les bains, sète avec retour par la navette maritime. La climatisation en plein mois d août est très appréciable. La propriétaire est à l écoute et d une grande gentillesse.

Not adapted for kids

First, I did not appreciate the nickel and diming. We had to pay extra, (in cash!!) for bed linens. There was absolutely NOTHING (no even dish soap). After 3 minutes, the owner, Mrs. Roberge asked me: “are you going to clean the house at the end? If not, it’s not a problem, I will just charge you for it”. But that’s not even the real issue. This house is DANGEROUS. The stairs are the steepest I have seen and being in the travel industry myself, I have seen a lot of strange things. It is so dangerous that my wife and I decided to have our daughter sleep at my parents. I do not recommend this place to ANYBODY with young kids or if you have any sorts of walking difficulties. The only good thing was the location.

Gite bien situé proche du port et des commerces. Gite rénové, agréable. Bon accueil. Pas évident pour se garer à proximité (WE de Pâques).

Appartement conforme à la description, tout peut se faire a pied( plage/centre ville). Situé dans un quartier familial, calme, agréable et charmant, avec une propriétaire aux petits soins. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. A refaire!!!
