The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Vias, close to the market and shops.
Beach 2.5 km away, near the Europark, mini-golf, Cap d'Agde (its port, Ile aux loisirs…), Béziers and the 9 locks, Sète, Pézenas, Hérault gorges…

Possibility of walking or cycling along the Canal du Midi.
