THE APARTMENT

As you step inside this single-level apartment, a long hallway leads you from the entrance to the main living area, thoughtfully separating it from the bedrooms. The living room is spacious and filled with natural light, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. A kitchen bar allows you to enjoy breakfasts and casual meals in a warm and inviting setting. The carefully curated décor creates a sense of escape and travel.A private garage is available, allowing you to park your vehicle safely and with complete peace of mind.

THE BEDROOMS

Each of ALOE’s three bedrooms has its own identity and has been designed for maximum comfort.The first bedroom features a Queen-size double bed and an en-suite shower room with an Italian-style walk-in shower, separated by a glass partition.The second bedroom also offers a Queen-size double bed, with a bathroom including a bathtub and separate WC located just next door. The vintage wooden furniture in the bathroom adds charm and character.The third suite includes two single beds and an Italian-style walk-in shower illuminated by a skylight. It also benefits from a dressing area and generous storage space — ideal for children or teenagers.

Once your car is parked in the private garage (Width: 2.5m, Height: 2.4m, Depth: 4.5m), you can fully enjoy everything within walking distance in Biarritz .You are just steps away from Les Halles de Biarritz, perfect for sourcing local products or enjoying an aperitif with friends on the market square. If you prefer to relax at home, the outdoor pavilion offers a peaceful space to enjoy family time, sunshine, or breakfast outdoors.

We absolutely LOVE the location of this apartment! You are just a few minutes from the iconic Côte des Basques, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Biarritz, and within immediate proximity to the beach for your surf sessions. The lively Halles district is only a 5-minute walk away.Located in the charming Bibi Beaurivage neighborhood, you’ll find local restaurants, bars, and nearby shops — the true art of living in Biarritz.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

ALOE is set in a pleasant, family-friendly area of Biarritz, directly opposite a small kindergarten. It lies between Parc Mazon, with its children’s playground and traditional Basque fronton court, and the Spain district with its local shops.Les Halles are approximately a 5-minute walk away, the Côte des Basques beach is 7 minutes on foot, and Rue d’Espagne — with its pharmacy, butcher, restaurants, bars, and small neighborhood supermarket — is also just 7 minutes away. Everything you need is close at hand, while still enjoying a peaceful setting.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Check-in is generally between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

For arrivals after 7:00 pm or departures before 8:00 am, additional fees apply:

7:00 pm to 10:00 pm – €50

10:00 pm to Midnight – €80

Midnight to 6:00 am – €120

6:00 am to 8:00 am – €80
