Located in a listed residence of the Napoleonic era, this apartment will seduce you with its high-end services and its exceptional view of the Ocean.
The Côte des Basques beach is directly accessible by private elevator.

The fully equipped kitchen and the living room open onto a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The first bedroom with its bathroom is on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.

The terrace with its panoramic view, allows you to enjoy a dining area and a solarium facing the Ocean.

The location is ideal! The apartment is located in the city center, between the Halles district and Beaurivage, allowing you to take full advantage of the shops nearby and the Côte des Basques Beach, accessible by a private elevator.

A secure parking space accompanies the rental.

We stayed in this great apartment in May 2022 for nearly 2 weeks. It is a great apartment with a spacious terrace that gives a fantastic view of the Pays Basque and several surfing beaches. It is an easy walk to the market and grocery and bars and restaurants are everywhere. Centre ville is just a short walk away and bus lines are directly in front of the property. The managers were extremely helpful and the apartment is really nice for one couple or small family. We would definitely stay again

Emplacement exceptionnel pour cet appartement très confortable
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, dans cet appartement très agréable (très cosy et très bien équipé) et dont la terrasse est juste exceptionnelle (vue imprenable sur la côte des Basques). À 2 pas des halles, à - de 15 mn à pied de la grande plage et du casino, emplacement idéal. Juste un petit bémol sans conséquence: le kit d’arrivée (capsules café, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette) est un peu léger pour une location de ce standing et la petite bouteille d’Irouleguy bien fraîche, dans le frigo aurait été appréciée 😉 Allez-y les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons vite.
