Location pratique avec place de parking. Logement spacieux et salle de bain + cuisine très pratiques très bien équipées en élecroménager + ustensiles. Possibilité d'aller dans Biarritz ou d'aller à l'océan à pied. Quartier calme et agréable. Quartier bien situé pour prendre la voiture et récupérer rapidement l'autoroute ou la nationale par faire du tourisme hors de Biarritz. Prospectus et cartes mises à disposition par les propriétaires pour aider le vacancier à préparer ses journées. A notre arrivée boissons fraiches dans le réfrigérateur + un peu de nourriture comme des chips et du piment d'Espelette. Très bon accueil.

Idéal pour visiter la région

Appartement très bien situé, grand, super fonctionnel, super équipé, très bien rénové et particulièrement propre ! Si ce n'est pas très adapté à rester bronzer sur place, c'est l'endroit parfait pour un camp de base afin de visiter la région, tout est accessible très rapidement et rien ne manque sur place. Le quartier est résidentiel et très sympa, avec un lac à proximité qui sert aussi de balade pour rejoindre la plage à vélo. Super ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles, Patrick m'a même laissé charger la voiture sur sa borne moyennant refacturation à prix coûtant. Appréciable ! A noter toutefois pour ceux qui cherchent le calme absolu, on entend en bruit de fond la départementale qui passe à quelques centaines de mètres.

Estupenda estancia

La casa está muy bien equipada, con una cocina muy amplia, utensilios de sobra para cocinar y comer, lavadora, secadora y WiFi. Las camas grandes y cómodas. La comunicación con los dueños excelente. Nos recibieron con un pack de bienvenida (vino, cosas para picar, aceite de oliva) y con abundante información sobre Biarritz, las playas, autobuses, supermercados, etc. Repetiremos cuanfo volvamos a Biarritz. Mila esker!
