Our efficiency suite had a small kitchen and a fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. Unforgettable. Front desk staff were delightful and very helpful. Parking was appreciated, as we walked everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes 2 blocks away and exploring the city, lighthouse, beaches, and nearby village.

Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel.

Perfect stay in Biarritz

This is the second time we have stayed here and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. It is easily walkable to everything - shops, restaurants and each of the beaches. Each time our room has been fresh and clean, with a good sized balcony with lovely view of both the city and the sea. Kitchenette is well appointed. The pool is very nice. The reception staff have all been very helpful. It’s really just a great place to stay and I would definitely come back.

I got a family room. It was large and comfortable. The view was the best part of the stay. If I may I could like to comment on 2 things. 1. There were fruitflies size flies were in my room. I don't know many I killed. 2. I was responsible for taking out the garbage at the end of the stay. I found it strange.

Location is excellent. The pool is also fantastic just be aware there is no shallow end. Lack of A/C was a big drawback given the 30C temps. Also unfortunately they do not clean the rooms during your stay. We were there for 5 nights so the room easily got quite messy

The view was the best feature! Oceanfront, sunset side. The room had plenty of kitchenware. Quite clean even though the set up on the room is not the newest. We were very happy with our choice!

Amazing place and great location!

A cracking property! We loved the location; close to Les Halles (food market), the petit plage, shops, restaurants, all within 5/10 mins walk. We also loved having a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the sea. The 17m pool (heated at end of May!) with sun loungers was also awesome!
