House for 6-8 persons: approx. 120 m2, divided into three separate units, rented exclusively as one unit. On the ground floor, there is a studio (approximately 35 m2), consisting of a kitchenette, living/sleeping area with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The first floor comprises two units (each approximately 40 m2), each with a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, TV, air conditioning, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. In the house, there is also another apartment that belongs to the host. However, the host does not live in this apartment during the season.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi internet available free of charge. Sun loungers and parasols are available by the pool. Parking for three cars is available on the property.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
