For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, tennis. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery 1 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Guéthary" 4 km, sandy beach "Uhabia" 80 m. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km, surf school 80 m, tennis 10 m. Nearby attractions: Bidapark 200 m, Marché tous les samedis. Hiking paths: La Rhune 15 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is situated 250 m from the main road. Camping at 50 m.
