The room was clean. The welcome was great. All interactions with the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and impressed that it included fresh fruit (many places don't offer this), dinner was good. The location, free parking and the lovely staff made this a perfect choice. We would love to visit again. Merci beaucoup.

What a great place to stay! We stayed here to rest half way through a family trip driving from the UK to Spain. I cannot fault this hotel and the staff are very accommodating. Laurent sorted out early check in with no fuss and even booked us a restaurant in Biarritz for dinner.

The room was basic and in fair condition but what made this a very nice stay was the friendliness and welcome I received when arriving. They even kept the kitchen open a few more minutes for me as I arrived just the dining was finishing. The meal was superb and they have a good selection of wines. The hotel site was conveniently located and reasonably well maintained. This is a recommended stay.

Excellent Overnight Stop Over.

Parking on site was plentiful. Very warm and welcoming reception when we arrived. Very helpful with the few queries we had. This hotel is Pet Friendly and has some grass areas for letting them do their essentials. The evening Menu of the Day was delicious and the table service was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and buffet style, so you could help yourself to what you wanted. Rooms have individual air conditioning. This is a fabulous overnight stop over if travelling through by Road. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, we had a family room which was spacious and very comfortable. Really friendly staff, very helpful. We don’t have a car but used public buses to get into Biarritz and to San Sebastián. Would recommend

A great deal for an overnight stay

Right off the autobahn. Very convenient to restaurants and groceries. Nothing fancy. Practical if you are looking for an overnight stay. That said, the drive to the local beaches is quick and the staff is very friendly and supportive with our dogs. Second stay. Will stay again. I feel very safe there. Parking feels secure as well. Try the regional vinegar/sauce. It’s delicious.

Very convenient for our journey. Staff has been conscious enough to call us with check-in instructions and it eent very smoothly as well as the check out. Clean, comfortable bed and a hot shower is all you need on a long journey.

Positive: Bidart location good for Bayonne, Bidart, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz quick drives. Easy parking next to entrance. Quiet, super cool air conditioning for hot days. Great buffet breakfast. Very clean, practical rooms, comfortable beds To prepare for: Tight, although very well designed room space. Almost cruise ship scheme Summary: Fasthotel does provide and comply with the benefits of comfortable beds, great room climate, very clean baths, quiet environment, parking, good breakfat buffett, and expedient access to the beach towns.

The location to get to Biarritz is bad. The staff did not know about the limited bus service, whose stations are unfortunately not within reasonable walking distance. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is open to the hotel bed. The humidity in the rooms and thus in the utensils brought along is correspondingly high. The pictures of the hotel are deceptive, as it is located on a busy road and not in the countryside near Biarritz. A large park in between has to be driven around and we could not walk the few kilometres directly. All in all, the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right at all.
