    Set over the third and fourth floors of a stylish development, time at Sunset Bay is all about enjoying time together in a spectacular setting. The open plan living space opens out onto the private balcony, so whether you’re content to sit outside and enjoy the sea air or cosy up on one of the leather sofas inside, you’ll feel the stresses of home slowly drift away. Thanks to little features that make a big difference such as the Blu-ray player and a Sonos Arc soundbar with Bluetooth, the living space is all about winding down in style.

    The kitchen area has everything you need to create something to enjoy on the furnished terrace, and with all that sea air trust us, you’ll all be even hungrier than usual! When it’s time for bed, the master bedroom is home to a blissful kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room, and the twin bedroom makes a chic space to rest weary heads.

    Found in the friendly seaside resort of Westward Ho!, Sunset Bay makes an impressive base for that beach holiday with the kids or exploring glorious North Devon with friends. With the South West Coastal Path right outside the apartment and Royal North Devon Golf Course and Devon Surf School just up the beach, there is something for everyone!

A fabulous apartment in an enviable location. Very well equipped. Teenage sons happy with WiFi Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. We loved the view and the accessibility to the town and coastal path. Barely used the car. Sons enjoyed surf lessons. Short walk to Tesco express and Coop for supplies. There is building work going on behind the property which did wake us a few mornings. This apartment was in an amazing position with wonderful views across the bay, very relaxing to watch the surf, surfers and the changing skies in the evenings. The apartment was well equipped and felt home from home. It was an ideal location to visit many of the surrounding areas of North Devon. We visited Appledore, Bude, Clovelly and the RHS Rosemore Gardens. It was good be able to walk out from the apartment along the beach, around the headland and back across the common by the golf club.

One of the best apartments we've been to stay in. The view over the Westward Ho! Bay was unbelievable. Everything about the apartment was perfect for us. Parking was very good too below the apartments.Amenities were close by and reasonably varied. Easy to get to other nearby beauty spots.
