「Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. 」

「The hotel’s location was excellent, and both the service and hospitality were very good. We were traveling with children, and they welcomed us very warmly.
