“I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place was honestly unacceptable. As soon as we arrived, we got a bad feeling. The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The bedding had mysterious stains on it, the floors were filthy and looked like they had never……

“The good - Bed was comfortable and location in town is good, grounds are pretty. The bad - Carpet in our room was old and dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. Decor is dated. Low end bathroom feels like you are in a cheap motel. Continental breakfast and coffee are not good, no effort to provide anything nice, can’t get a decent coffee. Overall this place is too pricey for what you get, It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the website and pricing suggest it……

“a hotel in the moutain, it's so nice and peaceful, it's very suitable for vacation. but a little faraway from city. and the road is hard for driving.”

“The area was nice. The cabinets were a little old and they need renovation. We had a good time. Just be aware that the Cabin ms are a little bit outdated.”

“It is an older property and currently some of the rooms were being renovated. I wish we had been notified and given the opportunity to select other rooms . The work going on in the rooms next to ours was noisy, and started early. I'm not sure if the room we were assigned to had been renovated yet, but the grouting in the (nice large shower) was dingy looking and shower slippers were a must. Also the toilet was unusually low to the groung requireing deep knee bend to use. The bed was too large……

“There is almost no soundproofing between rooms.”

“The breakfast was replenished the first morning. I think someone have to ask the second morning. The hot tub has awesome jets, but it could stand to be a little hotter. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. However, the cleaning staff did not replenish the shower gel, nor the bag for the ice bucket. Lastly, the parking lot is really tight - they should consider how they might expand it.”

“According to Hotel.com before booking, there is VIP access privilege. There was nothing. Furthermore, I did not like the extra 25 US dollar per night for destination fee? I mean according to hotel.com is a resort fee so I expected a resort experience. But upon arrival is called destination fee and I don't understand the extra destination charge. In addition, they charge lodging tax at the hotel. They already charged tax and fees through hotel.com. There”

“Excellent location - very convenient, lots of good eating places within walking distance. Bed is most comfortable. Hotel toiletries exceptional. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included in room price) is the best!”
