This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is literally steps from Snow Summit Ski Resort—offering unmatched convenience and comfort for your Big Bear getaway.
Skip the hassle of parking and long walks—simply take your time getting ready and walk out your front door straight to the nearest chair lift.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals just like at home, including an oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and utensils. The upstairs living area is warm and inviting, complete with a fireplace, 46” flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, and plenty of space to relax with family or friends. Central heating and free Wi-Fi ensure you stay cozy and connected throughout your stay.

The downstairs bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, and the third bedroom offers a twin bed plus a twin bunk—perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bathroom is located across the hall for added convenience.

The condo did not show as well as the pictures, its old and dated carpet was filthy stained , appliances old dirty , sofas old and torn , bedding old , tub / shower damaged and stained . Not worth the money needs to be cleaned and upgraded. Staff could be nicer and better communication needed .
