This unit is managed through a property management company and I had to call an email them several times with issues. We were allowed to check in early (by 2 hrs) & when we arrived to the house it had not been cleaned. I returned to property mgmt office and they said they would get someone over there ASAP. My concern on such a big unit was how were they going to be able to clean properly in such a short amount of time. Well it definitely was not clean completely because when we were finally able to check in, the Floors had not been mopped or vacuumed, (evident by popcorn and dirt on floor) shelving was dirty and had to wipe them down myself, microwave/fridge needed to be wiped, back patio/furniture not swept/cleaned. The carpet in entry and downstairs bath were very dirty. Hot tub water was cloudy and smelly. When oven was turned on intense gas smell so unable to use it. I called and they sent someone (40 min later) to check it but he said he wasn't the person that takes care of this kind of issue....then no one ever came back to take care of it, Which meant we could not prepare the meals that we had shopped for. So needless to say my trip was a disaster. I felt like I was constantly calling or emailing the property mgmt office, this was suppose to be a relaxing trip and it was not. If more time and effort are put into cleaning, the unit would be great. I hope the owner is made aware of all the issues because he is paying for a service.
