An AMAZING Lakeside Property
This quaint lakeside property has outstanding views, and thoughtful amenities, and is clean and well-maintained. The decor is pretty dated but that adds to the charm if you ask me. The host was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this property and will look forward to booking it again in the summer to experience a whole different vibe from our ski trip. Btw, it is about 4 miles from the parking lot of Snow Summitt for winter and right next to the marina for summer. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from me!!

Best Mothers Day Weekend
This Lake front cabin was wonderful. The view is so tranquil and beautiful. Fully stocked with all the necessities and did I mention so clean. The beds are very comfortable and received very restful nights sleep. We loved the short walk to the village. Our favorite memories were sitting out by the lake with a good book and glass of wine. Did I mention this is a great unit for pets. We will be back!

Not the cleanest but great location
Location is awesome. Right on lake. Inside of home wasn’t great. Stains on carpet, pillows flat, found a dog toy in a bed, dirty facecloth in shower. Not a great value but location is beautiful.

Lekefront Big Bear
Beautiful location on big bear lake just a five minute walk from Big Bear Village. Condo has a large patio with plenty of sitting and a gas bbq. Plus a huge shared yard with several sitting area. Beautiful view. Very peaceful. House is comfortable. We were two adults and two teenage girls but you can sleep 7 comfortably as listed. I didn’t give it a five star because kitchen needs new appliances. Front of oven is shattered. Some glass remains and it would be a hazard for young children. You can’t use oven. Fridge is missing shelves. Half of the light bulbs need replacing in bathroom. Other than some maintenance issues, we still highly recommend this property.

Great lake front cabin
Very nice cabin. Everything inside is clean. Beds were very comfortable. View is amazing. 2 minute walk to marina. It has its own dock but weeds in the water make fishing off the dock difficult. I hope to return to this cabin yearly.

Great experience!
It’s a beautiful property right on the lake. Check in process is pretty easy and the managers are very responsive. For example I was not able to open the lock with the key once I got it from the lock box but the managers immediately sent someone to help me out, however I was able to open it myself before they arrived. It snowed when we were there the whole backyard up to the lake was full of fresh snow and my kids played snowball fights. It completely served its purpose. I think the property will be equally beautiful in summer as well

Beautiful view of the lake
Had a fantastic time at this cabin. Although we didn’t bring our dog, it’s great to know it is pet friendly for future stays. I woke up each morning and drank my coffee on the walk out and watched the sun rise. It was awesome! Walking distance to the marina made it an even better stay. Went fishing both days we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Lakefront Doggie Bliss
With all of the euphemistic names of cabins in big bear, we’ve been fooled before by cabins that claim to be on the lake, but in reality are far from it. The Lakefront Cottage is just that; it’s right on the shore of the lake, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the lake. There are absolutely no cabins or structures between you and the lake. What’s even better is that we were allowed to bring our dog with us on vacation! Now, one might think that a cabin that allows dogs is going to be dirty; but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The Lakefront Cottage is not only lovely, but immaculate as well. The central location made it ideal for walking access to the village and the marina. Rest assured, we will be back!

Property should have better mantainance
The porch/terrace was full of spider web and the bathroom light was flickering. With this things fixed our experience would have been better.

Worked out great for our last-minute, overnight trip
Cabin was clean and in a great location - both by the lake and near the village too. It was a good find for our mini snow trip. Very easy to work with the staff for check in/out - no problems there at all. We did notice a couple of things that needed to be fixed/attended to: 1) All the games were missing pieces and in damaged boxes that dumped everything out when moved. Need to toss all of them. 2) Bathroom light desperately needs a new bulb. After a couple minutes on, becomes a strobe light that is really hard on the eyes. It's the only light, so no other options. 3) Fireplace somehow allowed strong smoke smell in the room, even when not lit and with flu closed. Maybe the upstairs unit fire was lit? Not sure. One guest had to sleep on the sofa with the doors cracked to air it out during the night. Would check on that since it would really be a problem for someone with allergy/breathing issues. Aside from those 3 things, the cabin fit the bill nicely.

Would be amazing if there was not another rental on top.
Wonderful location and lake view but there is a larger unit on top that was rented by 2 large families who were quite rude and noisy. Sounded like the kids were jumping off the furniture. Cabin has an unusual odor from the fireplace which is interesting at first but gets old quickly. There is no TV in the bedroom and no dishwasher and tenants wash their own dishes - hopefully well. Would have loved the place if the upstairs unit was not occupied by loud large groups.

Spacious cottage with wonderful lake view
Enjoyed I and my family the cottage with the amazing lake view. Close to the market and all amenities. Fire place ventilation was poor and smell of fire is always in the home.

Pleasant...
PROS: The location of the property is excellent, within 5-10mins of everything. View of the lake is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. Home is well organized and all electronics (cabletv,TV,wifi) work perfectly. CONS: Oven knob doesnt work and oven stays on. No central heating, gas heater.Thermostat is faulty kept self adjusting to 85degrees. Old fashion heater would get extra hot and dangerous to kids. No place to dispose of garbage, managment requires you load garbage in your car and drive over 1mile to dispose of garbage. Garage door does not work, door is heavy and must be opened manually.
