The Space:
This remodeled cabin is bright and open, with white beamed ceilings and new floors throughout.

Living room: a large sectional sofa that folds out into a full bed, a stone gas fireplace with remote, a smart TV and a foosball table.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with white cabinets, stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, plus a dining table.

Bedrooms: a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a Full bed with a twin trundle in the second.

Bathroom: 1 remodeled bathroom.

Outdoors: a private backyard deck with the hot tub, a propane BBQ and outdoor dining.

Also: Frontier fiber Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps and Roku smart TVs.

Guest Access:
Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, backyard deck and hot tub are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, per Big Bear Lake city ordinance (no street parking).

The Neighborhood:
A tranquil, central neighborhood minutes from Snow Summit, Big Bear Lake, and the Village shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around. Snow Summit, the lake and the Village are all a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:
The fireplace is gas and runs by remote, so no firewood is needed. The BBQ is propane. We provide a tank, but please check it before grilling (there's a tank exchange at the Walgreens on Big Bear Blvd). Big Bear has no home trash pickup, so please take trash to the free Garstin Rd trash site (41970 Garstin Rd).

Power outages: Bear Valley Electric Service can have outages during storms, high winds or fire-safety shutoffs. These are outside our control, and we can’t be responsible or offer refunds for them. We recommend bringing a flashlight or two and keeping your phone charged.

We give you complete privacy during your stay with contactless self check-in. We're available anytime by message through the app and respond quickly, and our local team can be at the home quickly if anything needs attention.
