Location was perfect close to the mountain. Our unit had no wifi or cell service which was unfortunate, and the beds weren’t comfortable.

You just can’t beat the convenience and close proximity to the ski resort and village. We will be back and most likely request the same unit.

The concept of the property is great . Two minute walk to the slopes is great !! Unfortunately the staff there doesn’t make you feel very welcome. The dishes weren’t clean . There were womens underwear left in the front bedroom. The lighting was very dim in the kitchen. Worst of all we paid extra for a unit with a hot tub and it didn’t work what a ripoff. The blond lady with the fuzzy hair that worked the front desk couldn’t care less about any of our issues. I have been coming to the snow summit town homes for years now . The last two times I have been there I experienced the same rudeness from the staff and same problems with the hot tub not working and room not being clean . It’s hard to justify the stay and the money spent for rude service and paying for a premium room without the premium benefits.I will be spending my money elsewhere next time .

Out town home was big /spacious- more modern with a cabin feel. No complaints a nice family and friends get away.

Good family getaway.
Awesome place to stay. Near Ski high and the village. Townhomes are nice and convenient. The thing I do not like is the beds they are squeaky old and very uncomfortable. Some units carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned. So don’t walk barefoot However you have everything you need.

This property has beautiful views. The grounds were well maintained. And rental had all the necessary amenities. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Office staff was very nice.

The condo was great the furniture was awesome next best thing from an actual log cabin very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a 1/2 bathroom will definitely stay again the fine print was incorrect website stated 72 hours gap between guests which was not true when we checked in we had to wait until 415 so they can clean the Room from the previous guest

The location was excellent in accessing the chairlifts. The townhouse was clean, but out dated. Sinks were chipped and toilet holders were loose. Paper rolls fell off the holders.

Kitchen was complete with everything you need to cook. Washer and dryer was extremely helpful. Nice cozy 3-night stay.

The unit was run down, old and dirty. Condition of the unit was really awful. Requires to put away dishes before the 10am check out instead of just starting the dishwasher cycle like other places. Dishes and cups didn’t look thoroughly washed. Location, parking and staff were good.

Our goal is to match the guest with the right unit. That is often difficult with this era of online rentals when we don't have the opportunity to talk to people before they choose a townhouse. Here, obviously, that goal was not met. We have very very nice townhomes and economy ones that are cheaper. Clearly this was a guest that needed to book and stay in one of our nicer units. All we ask is that if you have particular tastes, contact us directly and we can describe the units in detail so that you match the townhouse you are booking.

I like the Snow Summit rental as it was nice and cozy with bear art craft throughout the house, ie. light switches, toilet paper holder. The place had enough towels, kitchen utensils. heater works, very good hot water throughout the house, the shower, the sinks. It had a washer and dryer, but we did not use it. it also had a outdoor patio for the first floor and second floor. great for 4-8 people.

Sub standard amenities
The place was dusty , cob webs on ceilings . We are a family of 5 . Coffee pot and toaster did not work , we reported to front desk and they told us there was another little coffee pot in the kitchen . They knew the regular one was broken . Why would they leave broken appliances??? For what we paid a night you would of thought it would have been more equipped. They went to look for another toaster and by the time one came up it was lunch time . Condo was sub par .. really disappointing.

Great experience!
What a wonderful weekend getaway! We had found this location by chance and so glad we jumped on it. What a pleasant surprise! The space and the cleanliness was impressive! Loved the rustic mountain locale and the surprisingly close proximity to snow summit! The kids loved the double bunk beds and the fooseball table as well as the kitchen counter and balconies! The pool was lovely and warm and the grounds beautiful! The fruit trees were surprising too! Thank you for making our family getaway wonderful!

Loved how well stocked the kitchen was! Cleaning service even left a couple pods for the dishwasher!
How fun these double bunks were!
Our bed was super comfortable!

the location and the pool was nice, but the units themselves were really old. (the sofa fabric was ripped open, the blankets were pilling etc.) some ants in the unit as well.... needs major update.

We strive to match our guests with the appropriate property. Clearly we failed here. We have all types and grades of quality of units. Some are basic and show more wear and tear but the price reflects the quality while we have other units that are newly remodeled, very upgraded and more expensive. This was obviously a mismatch between guest and townhouse and we are sorry for that.

Nice stay
Great family trip and stay. You Can never go wrong going to Big Bear. Only thing is be prepared for the bugs / mosquitos

I did it all for the Jacuzzi
We stayed here with our small circle of friends and it fit the bill nicely. Pros: Private hot tub (main reason we booked), multiple bedrooms allows for privacy even with bigger groups, multiple bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking utensils and equipment, comfy couch, and overall homey feel. Cons: The beds were fairly uncomfortable, which is bad considering how cheap good mattresses are these days, and the communication was good, but not fantastic (I emailed about a broken ottoman we found on arrival, and never heard back). Overall, I would stay there again, in a group big enough to warrant it. It's competitively priced for a townhouse with private hot tub in Big Bear.
